About the role

  • CX Acceleration Manager leading short-term engagements to drive value realization for Zendesk clients. Delivering measurable improvements in customers' Zendesk ecosystem and overall CX maturity through expert consultation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead focused, short-term engagements with strategic clients
  • Conduct comprehensive technical assessments
  • Secure commitment and foster relationships with stakeholders
  • Lead and execute configuration changes and administrative updates
  • Maximize feature utilization
  • Effectively coordinate and mobilize cross-functional teams
  • Conduct close-out reviews clearly quantifying the value delivered
  • Capture learnings and best practices from engagements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical enterprise client-facing roles
  • Expert-level, verifiable hands-on Zendesk administrative experience
  • Proven ability to conduct technical assessments
  • Experience mobilizing teams and driving actions that result in clear outcomes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
