Responsibilities
Optimize departmental processes and support operational backbone of marketing team
Ensure tools, workflows, and vendor relationships run smoothly and efficiently
Drive adoption of new technologies and best practices
Partner with internal Marketing stakeholders to implement tools aligned with strategic marketing goals
Oversee administration and optimization of marketing webinar platform
Maintain Marketing’s centralized database of vendors
Serve as strategic partner to Marketing team; deliver training to drive adoption and impact
Requirements
7+ years in marketing operations, project management, or related field
5+ years administering cross-functional marketing or technology projects
Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent project management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, project management platforms, and MarTech tools
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Effective communicator and collaborator with strong interpersonal skills
Deep expertise in stakeholder management, change management, and cross-functional alignment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
Formal training or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, etc.) is a strong plus
