Responsibilities
- Facilitate AI training sessions and workshops with client teams.
- Participate in and help lead conversations with executive and leadership groups.
- Ask thoughtful business and process questions to surface AI opportunities.
- Define client needs and translate them into actionable AI solutions.
- Lead or co-lead deep-dive sessions and discovery workshops.
- Design and build custom GPTs or AI workflows using tools such as ChatGPT.
- Document findings, recommendations, and adoption roadmaps for clients.
- Focus on business impact, organizational change, and adoption, not just tools.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Experience designing prompts, custom GPTs, or AI-driven workflows
- Experience facilitating workshops, training, or discovery sessions
- Excellent communication skills with non-technical audiences
- Ability to understand and map business processes and workflows
- Comfort working with ambiguity in dynamic client environments
- Strong documentation, synthesis, and structured thinking skills.
- Nice to have: Prior experience in consulting (management consulting, digital transformation, etc.)
- Nice to have: Exposure to professional services, finance, operations, or marketing
