Responsibilities
- Support Data Engineers in monitoring and optimizing our AI pipeline
- Own model performance and run A/B tests
- Work with Solution Architects to build papernest’s “brain”
- Help Data Analysts turn raw data into actionable insights
- Manage data ingestion and contract monitoring
- Develop scalable automations using no-code tools
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering, data science, or an equivalent technical field
- Comfortable with SQL, Python and APIs
- Experience in the generative AI ecosystem (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, Agentic AI, “vibe-coding”)
- Creative problem-solving approach
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Fluent English and French required; Spanish is a plus
