About the role

  • Technical Sales Representative at Zajadacz managing industrial and automation product sales. Building customer relations and providing technical support in a growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and expand the customer base for the defined product range to ensure targeted growth
  • Provide expert technical advice
  • Deliver customer-focused support and technical assistance
  • Design and specify technical solutions
  • Independently identify potential opportunities and develop/initiate appropriate measures
  • Collect and forward customer and market information
  • Co-responsible for revenue and margin for the defined product range
  • Implement existing departmental objectives
  • Actively execute assigned sales activities and sales targets
  • Organize and conduct customer and employee training sessions
  • Attend meetings, training events and qualifications
  • Actively participate in trade shows and sales events

Requirements

  • Successfully completed electrotechnical education (Bachelor’s degree, Meister, Technician), preferably in a technical environment
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with excellent communication abilities
  • Independent, cross-functional and conscientious working style with clear goal orientation
  • Ability to present complex issues in an understandable manner
  • Personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a "hands-on" mentality
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
