About the role

  • Digital Marketing Manager overseeing performance marketing campaigns for a B2B SaaS company. Planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing performance marketing campaigns: You create and manage campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Data analysis and optimization: You monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs and derive data-driven optimization measures.
  • Monitoring and reporting: You produce regular reports on campaign performance and help the team maintain visibility of key KPIs to further increase business success.
  • Technical setup: You set up campaigns including tracking and pixel integration and ensure that all technical requirements for accurate measurement are met.
  • Support in strategy development: You work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement cross-channel strategies for cost-effective lead generation.
  • Long-term: Contribute to transferring successful campaign approaches to other group companies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Media or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B (SaaS) environment
  • Solid knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and common analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
  • Affinity for AI and interest in new marketing technologies. You enjoy testing new tools, automations and AI applications to drive efficiency and scale
  • Creative with design: You proactively contribute new ideas and have an eye for appealing ads and copy within existing design guidelines
  • You work in a structured, data-driven and solution-oriented way and are eager to develop professionally and personally in a dynamic environment
  • You are a considerate team player, think proactively and collaborate well with others
  • You communicate very confidently in German and are comfortable working in English
