About the role

  • Structure, organize and manage development cycles according to Agile/Scrum best practices.
  • Write and maintain product documentation: functional specifications, user stories, user guides, user journeys, etc.
  • Gather, analyze and prioritize user needs in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
  • Define, challenge and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical constraints.
  • Ensure the functional quality of deliverables (testing, validation, tracking user feedback).
  • Maintain smooth and regular communication with internal IT developers, facilitating understanding of objectives and user expectations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and internal tools.

Requirements

  • Strong command of Scrum and Agile principles is essential.
  • Proven ability to structure processes, organize a product lifecycle and produce clear, comprehensive documentation.
  • Comfortable communicating with developers and understanding technical constraints.
  • Excellent command of French is mandatory (writing, summarizing, communication).
  • Good level of English desired.
  • Prince2, PMP or equivalent certification is highly appreciated.
