About the role
- Senior SAP Project Manager managing S/4HANA program at Budapest-based client. Requires fluency in Hungarian and onsite presence 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Define and coordinate project stream activities with internal and external stakeholders (development, migration, testing, integration, cutover)
- Coordinate external partners (system integrators and legacy vendors) and review deliverables
- Plan and coordinate internal resources involved in the project
- Prepare regular status reports and report to senior management
- Handle escalations and keep program management informed, providing input for further escalations as needed
- Prepare presentations
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in SAP project environments as a Project Manager or System Integrator (ECC, S/4HANA, or BW)
- Proven experience in business impact analysis, system analysis, testing, migration, and cutover
- Functional knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD)
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders and clients
- Experience in large enterprise and/or telecommunications environments is a plus
- Fluent English skills (suitable for professional and client-facing communication).
