New DCs + In-house Operations: Responsible for driving expansion and redesign of the logistics network, defining optimized layouts and flows. Lead the implementation with clear milestones and KPIs, ensure systems integration (WMS, TMS, ERP), train teams and key users, and guarantee an efficient ramp-up of operations, connecting strategy to execution.
Improvement Projects (DCs and Transportation): Lead process mapping focused on efficiency using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen. Responsible for implementing automation projects (conveyors, AGVs, robots, intelligent vehicles), testing emerging technologies (RFID, IoT, computer vision), evaluating ROI and payback, and structuring the logistics digitalization roadmap.
Expansion to New Channels (Pharma, Food Service, Digital): Design channel-specific logistics models, defining differentiated picking, packing and delivery processes. Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor profitability and service-level KPIs, ensuring the operation is competitive and meets each market's requirements.
Systems Management (SAP, EWM and SDM): Coordinate logistics department key users, ensure system evolution and support, monitor tool usage and effectiveness, and ensure technology is applied strategically to support operations.
Leadership and People Development: Act as leader, facilitator and developer of teams, translating strategic objectives into clear goals and connecting processes and people to ensure the team's work positively impacts results.
DC Performance Management: Monitor performance indicators, lead Routine Management meetings, propose solutions and cascade targets to the team, ensuring discipline and results-focus.
Quality Programs: Ensure implementation of quality programs following company guidelines, and monitor and evaluate initiatives across the logistics directorate and TIXLOG.
HSE and Sustainability: Apply practices of responsible resource consumption and natural resource preservation, understand environmental impacts and risks, and ensure compliance with HSE policies. Promote socio-environmental programs that strengthen the link between the company, community and environment.
Financial Management (OPEX + CAPEX): Structure the budget for Distribution Centers and the TIXLOG operation, lead forecasting and financial closing processes, with a focus on ensuring competitiveness and maximizing profitability.
Requirements
10–12 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, able to operate strategically, innovatively and transformationally, with strong expertise in operations (DCs and Transportation), technology, sustainability and people management.
Distribution Centers: experience implementing new DCs, ramping up in-house operations and integrating systems (WMS/TMS/ERP).
Automation and Continuous Improvement: experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen projects and implementing emerging technologies in DCs, Transportation and Customer Service.
Financial Management: freight planning, forecasting, cost accounting and inventory management.
Leadership and Innovation: training key users, talent development, building a culture of excellence and market benchmarking.
