About the role

  • Sales Manager developing and executing sales strategies for professional services across various industries. Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify, qualify, and convert high-value prospects for services and solutions
  • build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • apply a consultative approach to understand client business challenges and articulate how our solutions deliver tangible value
  • independently lead complex negotiations, structuring deals that maximize value for both clients and our company
  • monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies
  • provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to departmental planning and strategy
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
  • proactively identify and secure opportunities to expand client engagements through additional services and solutions
  • provide guidance to junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to team development

Requirements

  • fluent in German and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory
  • knowledge of French or Swedish is highly desirable
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in software/SaaS sales
  • proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • experience in prospecting
  • experience selling technical solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
  • knowledge of software market landscape and partner ecosystem is a plus
  • good understanding of software product development in different market segments (e.g. industrial, automotive, medical & life science, finance)
  • good understanding of software development life cycle
  • familiarity with software quality, security solutions, and/or version control system
  • exceptional communication and presentation skills across different organizational levels
  • strong negotiation abilities and commercial acumen
  • advanced proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • adept at analyzing client needs and tailoring solutions to address specific business challenges
  • ability to define tailored value proposition for Customers
  • excellent time management and organizational skills
