Responsibilities
Attend business meetings every day.
Meet and exceed production KPIs (volume, average transaction, and close percentage) set forth in monthly and annual budgets.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate advice on product use.
Detect sales opportunities and work strategically to ensure a successful closing, customizing the proposal according to your needs.
Present the advantages and benefits of the product in a coherent and consistent manner, highlighting its value to the customer.
Carry out an after-sales follow-up of customers during their stay to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
College degree preferred in the following areas: Business Administration, Marketing, Social Communication and Public Relations.
Minimum 1 year in a similar position. Sales executive, Public Relations, customer service.
Flexible schedule is required; must be available to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish and English. Other languages preferred.
Computer proficiency in software applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and reservations systems.
