About the role

  • Regional Commercial Manager responsible for executing commercial strategies and developing B2B partnerships. Adapting communication approach to enhance productivity within the education sector.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and ensure the achievement of the regional commercial plan, including targets for student acquisition, conversion rates, average ticket and revenue;
  • Coordinate, develop and monitor managers, consultants and enrollment office leaders, and support partner centers in building commercial plans and increasing productivity;
  • Implement, scale and ensure execution of the end-to-end commercial operating model, ensuring standardization, adherence to processes and consistency of results across owned and partner channels;
  • Prospect, develop and maintain strategic B2B partnerships with companies, schools, corporate partners and other stakeholders, expanding business opportunities and strengthening brand presence;
  • Plan, execute and monitor local media and trade marketing activities, ensuring return on investment, campaign efficiency and alignment with commercial objectives;
  • Monitor the market and competitors, identify opportunities and risks, and propose corrective or preventive strategic actions to maximize commercial performance;
  • Track commercial indicators and KPIs, preparing analyses and management reports to support decision-making and strategic adjustments;
  • Contribute to defining and monitoring the annual budget, including acquisition targets, operational revenue and investments in regional marketing and sales;
  • Ensure alignment and correct implementation of guidelines, policies and strategies defined by corporate areas at the regional and operational levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Economics or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management, Business, Marketing, Strategy or related areas is a plus;
  • Solid experience in commercial management, preferably in large companies or operations with multiple sales channels;
  • Proven experience managing high-performance commercial teams, including managers, consultants and operational leaders;
  • Experience with indirect sales models such as partner channels, franchises, partner centers or outsourced networks;
  • Direct involvement in planning, executing and controlling commercial plans, with a focus on acquisition, conversion and revenue targets;
  • Experience in metrics-driven environments (KPIs), sales funnel management and performance analysis;
  • Experience in the education, services, retail or B2B sectors is considered a plus.
