Responsibilities
Develop and maintain forecast models for key metrics (e.g., renewals, delinquency, and churn);
Structure data pipelines, ensuring cleaning and consistency across different sources such as data lake, ERP, and spreadsheets;
Create data visualizations that translate complex numbers into actionable insights for different areas of the company;
Monitor actuals vs. plan, identify root causes of variances, and propose action plans;
Automate manual routines for extracting and cross-referencing information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed;
Advanced knowledge of SQL, with expertise in handling large databases (joins, aggregations, filters, subqueries, and CTEs);
Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including building dynamic dashboards and creating measures in DAX;
Advanced knowledge of Excel, applied to exploratory analyses, scenario simulations, and development of complex pivot tables;
Experience in data analysis, with the ability to turn information into strategic insights to support decision-making.
Differentials:
Knowledge or experience in the education or retail sectors, especially in contexts with seasonality and demand forecasting;
Knowledge of Python applied to data analysis and basic statistics;
Understanding of programming logic, focusing on automation of routines and process efficiency.
