About the role
- Analyst in Performance Management focusing on metro-rail operations at Motiva, enhancing efficiency and strategic planning. Collaborate on process improvement and performance analytics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, execute and guide the execution of activities related to Performance Management of Motiva's metro-rail operations in Brazil;
- Ensure that the area's process requests are met;
- Cascade and monitor Strategic Planning, KPIs, OKRs and management rituals;
- Manage a portfolio of Continuous Improvement projects aimed at efficiency gains and cost reduction;
- Monitor operational performance using key performance indicators;
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards and BI tools;
- Participate in the management of continuous improvement projects;
- Assist in crisis management and resolution of complex problems;
- Support Engineering in benchmarking routines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI;
- Knowledge of cost management and budgeting;
- Certifications and strong skills in data analysis;
- Basic knowledge of statistics, programming and/or experience with AI agents is a plus;
- Experience applying management models and Lean methodologies; certifications are a plus;
- Experience with agile methodologies; certifications are a plus.
