Responsibilities
Review the required hiring/onboarding documentation to ensure all documents are complete and comply with legal requirements;
Register new employees in the payroll system, perform record updates in the system, send, follow up on, and collect signed employment contracts;
Process maintenance of employee benefits according to company rules in the payroll/payroll system;
Provide employees with clear and accurate information about available benefits, deadlines, and procedures;
Prepare reports on benefits usage, ensure timely payments to vendors, and ensure that all benefit procedures comply with company guidelines;
Calculate termination payments in the payroll system, organize and prepare documentation required for termination approval, conduct the approval process, monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and contractual deadlines, and ensure that all termination procedures comply with current labor legislation;
Perform accounting reconciliations for benefits and terminations;
Ensure that performance indicators/KPIs are compliant;
Respond to inquiries in the company ticketing system to clarify questions from employees and former employees.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field;
Intermediate MS Office skills;
Knowledge of current labor legislation;
Experience in the Personnel/Payroll department;
Knowledge of the ADP system is a plus.
