- D365 WareHouse Expert supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with 8+ years experience in supply chain management. Collaborating with stakeholders and optimizing processes for business needs.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions
- Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Dynamics platform
- Experience supporting enterprise financial/ERP systems (Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations)
- Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques
- Knowledge of SQL and database queries, and trends in technology relating to software applications
- Relevant education in Computer Science, information systems, or equivalent work experience is an asset
