About the role

• (Senior) Consultant BI Planning role in an international consultancy firm supporting clients in strategic transformation. Responsibilities include planning solutions on the SAP Analytics technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Act as a competent point of contact for planning and forecasting solutions on the SAP Analytics technology stack (SAC, BPC / BPC embedded, BI‑IP / BW‑IP / PAK).
• Develop integrated planning and reporting concepts and implement them at client sites as part of a team.
• Implement solutions and take on initial conceptual tasks within projects.
• Focus on ensuring smooth interaction between IT and the business/functional areas.
• Take responsibility as a (part-)project lead or as a Solution Architect.
• Onboard and mentor colleagues in planning-related topics.

Requirements

• Relevant professional or project experience in planning environments.
• Solid domain knowledge, e.g., financial planning, budget planning, sales/volume planning, workforce planning, etc.
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following technologies: SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW‑IP/BI‑IP, SAP BPC (including BPC embedded), or ABAP.
• Alternatively, strong SAP BW expertise with a desire to develop into the planning domain.
• Ideally experience as a (part-)project lead.
• Motivation to further develop innovative SAP Analytics topics in collaboration with our SAP Analytics community of over 100 colleagues.
• Business‑fluent German and English.
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel.
