Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in water utilities or public infrastructure.
Strong understanding of water utility operations, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
Knowledge of water management software, SCADA systems, IoT solutions, or GIS platforms.
Experience working with government tenders and RFP processes.
