Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Strategic Roles, Business Intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading transformation initiatives within complex, multinational organizations.
- Excellent knowledge of organizational transformation and change management processes.
- Strong project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a EMEA or multinational environment.
- Fluent in English; additional European/Arabic languages are a plus.
