Responsibilities
- Verwaltung von Reisekosten, Belegen und Buchungen über unser digitales Abrechnungssystem Spendesk.
- Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Accounting-Team und externen Steuerberatern.
- Kontenabstimmung und Belegprüfung zur Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung und Einhaltung interner Richtlinien.
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Rechnungen und Belegen inklusive digitaler Ablage, Nachverfolgung offener Posten und Kommunikation mit Lieferanten.
- Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling.
- Erstellung und Pflege von Finanz-Dashboards zur Visualisierung von Kennzahlen und Unterstützung bei der finanziellen Steuerung des Unternehmens.
Requirements
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsrechts oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder Finanzbuchhaltung
- Erste Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Buchführung
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Excel
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware wie Spendesk oder DATEV
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Interesse und Affinität für die Arbeit mit Finanz-Dashboards, idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in Power BI
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Verfügbarkeit von bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche sowie eine Immatrikulation für mindestens ein weiteres Jahr.
