About the role

  • Customer Success Manager enhancing customer relationships and identifying upselling opportunities. Driving strategic growth within a digital marketing agency and leading business pitches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear strategic roadmap for each client
  • Use cross-/upselling strategically and manage complex multi-channel projects
  • Take a leading role in new-business processes
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular reviews
  • Work closely with executive management and specialist departments
  • Prepare and present reports

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a digital environment (e.g., online marketing, digital sales, consulting)
  • Strong rhetorical skills, excellent communication, and an engaging presence
  • Strategic thinking with a good sense for business perspectives
  • Enjoy proactively expanding customer relationships
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken (C2 level)
