Requirements
High school diploma (completed).
Ability to work in a home office (remote) model.
Suitable home workspace (desk, chair, and a quiet environment).
Reside in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo.
Availability to work on-site at the Vila Olímpia office when required by the company/management.
Wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps (do not use Wi‑Fi).
Proficiency with multiple work platforms (Zendesk, WhatsApp, telephone, chat, and Microsoft Office).
Experience in sales-oriented customer service.
