About the role

  • Technical Program Manager driving execution across ad tech workstreams for global media insights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program execution for one or more ad tech workstreams, including scoping, planning, tracking, and delivery.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to build project plans, define milestones, and manage dependencies.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers, driving resolution in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and support engineering teams in adopting best practices.
  • Track and communicate program status, key metrics, and decisions to stakeholders and TPM leadership using earned value and other standard program metrics.
  • Contribute to the development of team-level processes, templates, and governance frameworks.
  • Develop a working understanding of the ad tech ecosystem to better partner with technical teams and evaluate tradeoffs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, data, and ops to address regulatory and compliance considerations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies; familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to distill complex technical topics for both engineering and business audiences.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive structure and clarity in evolving situations.
  • Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and track program health.
  • Exposure to ad tech concepts such as programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, header bidding, audience data, or measurement solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies.
  • Background in software engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
  • Experience working within privacy-sensitive environments, with awareness of GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulatory frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field; or equivalent practical experience.
