Responsibilities
Lead and manage our delivery teams for Atlassian and DevOps projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery and delighted customers.
Define and implement delivery processes and best practices across multiple teams and locations, embedding our AI-first approach.
Collaborate with sales and consulting to scope and plan projects that meet client needs.
Mentor and coach our consultants and engineers, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
Represent the delivery organisation in leadership meetings, providing insights and strategies for scaling and growth.
Work closely with product, marketing and operations to align delivery capabilities with business goals and leverage AI for better outcomes.
Requirements
A degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification.
5+ years of experience in consulting or delivery management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in IT or software.
Deep knowledge of Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and DevOps principles.
Demonstrated expertise (3–6 months) in using AI tools to enhance processes or projects.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing distributed teams across EMEA.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities; able to build trust with clients and teams.
Fluent in English and German.
Interest in AI technologies and a desire to leverage them to improve delivery processes.
