About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage our delivery teams for Atlassian and DevOps projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery and delighted customers.
- Define and implement delivery processes and best practices across multiple teams and locations, embedding our AI-first approach.
- Collaborate with sales and consulting to scope and plan projects that meet client needs.
- Mentor and coach our consultants and engineers, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Represent the delivery organisation in leadership meetings, providing insights and strategies for scaling and growth.
- Work closely with product, marketing and operations to align delivery capabilities with business goals and leverage AI for better outcomes.
Requirements
- A degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or delivery management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in IT or software.
- Deep knowledge of Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and DevOps principles.
- Demonstrated expertise (3–6 months) in using AI tools to enhance processes or projects.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing distributed teams across EMEA.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities; able to build trust with clients and teams.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Interest in AI technologies and a desire to leverage them to improve delivery processes.
