About the role

  • Team leader in sales and product management, driving strategies in energy market for local provider. Oversee product development and ensure compliance with contracts and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in the residential and commercial customer segments
  • Derive measures from strategy, market analyses, competitive monitoring and ongoing monitoring
  • Further develop the electricity and natural gas product portfolio for regional and supra-regional markets
  • Define role profiles for customer management and marketing
  • Ensure compliance with contractual foundations and pricing/calculation processes
  • Produce regular reports on market and sales development and present them to department management and the Executive Board

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Energy Management, Energy Economics or a comparable field
  • Strong market knowledge and legal understanding of the competitive environment in residential and commercial energy sales
  • Analytical skills and knowledge of processes for supplying energy customers
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Valid Class B driving license
