About the role

  • Wundmanager providing specialized treatment for chronic wounds in patients' homes. Responsible for documentation, patient care, and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

  • Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
  • Digital wound documentation
  • Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives
  • Close collaboration with other stakeholders involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Ensuring prescription and supply management
  • Maintaining and expanding the existing client base
  • Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines

Requirements

  • State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse or qualified nursing professional
  • Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
  • Completed advanced training as a wound care specialist or willingness to complete such training
  • Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients’ needs
  • Reliable and responsible work style
  • Driving license (Class B)
