- Wundmanager providing specialized treatment for chronic wounds in patients' homes. Responsible for documentation, patient care, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other stakeholders involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Maintaining and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse or qualified nursing professional
- Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed advanced training as a wound care specialist or willingness to complete such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients’ needs
- Reliable and responsible work style
- Driving license (Class B)
