About the role

  • E&IS Consultant managing fieldwork and documentation in environmental remediation projects. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and focusing on complex projects in the Nordhorn area.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct fieldwork, including sampling of water, soil and waste media, with a focus on Lower Saxony
  • Coordinate, evaluate and document field activities and analytical testing
  • Prepare investigation reports, documentation and expert assessments
  • Oversee execution of drilling and remediation measures
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal company regulations on occupational health and safety.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree (Bachelor, Master, Diplom) in Geology / Hydrogeology / Geosciences / Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in the investigation and/or remediation of soil and/or groundwater contamination
  • Experience in decommissioning/dismantling work would be desirable
  • Demonstrably very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken, would be desirable
  • Driving license class B.
