About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the business authority within core GTS tools for logistics processes and systems
- Design & deliver to the defined Global system vision
- Define global usage standards of tools across the group
- Evaluate impact to business performance throughout design and delivery phases
- Continual improvement of Business As Usual (BAU) in-life systems
- Support senior system owners with development roadmap & app enhancement activities
- Assess and act as a decision maker on app enhancement requests
- Oversee and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Review business communications & training materials
- Collaborate with project managers for effective project planning
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Specific accreditation on relevant systems (e.g. SAP Warehouse management)
- Proven history working in a specialist area involving logistics, sales & purchasing
- SAP or ERP implementation experience
- Experience managing without authority & conflict management skills
- Experience in project management in a cross-functional & virtual team environment
- Proven record of excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates value creation in identifying problems and implementing solutions
- Keeps up to date on Tech Sourcing technology and industry trends
- Experience working with third-party suppliers
