Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with leaders to align people strategies with business goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, policies, and performance
  • Lead and enhance onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one
  • Champion initiatives that improve engagement, inclusion, and culture
  • Use data and HR systems (Workday) to identify trends and guide decisions
  • Improve people programs through insights, feedback, and best practices
  • Partner with Learning & Development to align training with business needs
  • Support career development and growth across the organization
  • Provide guidance on employment laws, leave programs, and policies
  • Mitigate risk while maintaining a positive employee experience
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Centers of Excellence
  • Support workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Background working in remote or hybrid environments
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams
  • Preferred HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR)
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to outcomes
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using Workday and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
