Responsibilities

- Support vendor coordination and procurement activities for IT tools and services
- Track vendor contracts, licensing, and procurement activity
- Monitor operational expenses and confirm invoices or purchasing activity are processed
- Maintain visibility into IT budgets and operational spend
- Improve documentation and organization across IT initiatives
Requirements
- Experience working within an IT or Finance organization
- Comfortable participating in conversations about systems, integrations, infrastructure, and applications
- Strong Excel skills and experience creating reports or dashboards
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Office, Teams)
- Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is a plus
