About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for accounting, cash flow and liquidity planning, as well as budgeting and forecasting.
- Preparation of monthly reports, dashboards and analyses — for both management and external stakeholders.

- Optimization and automation of finance processes — especially in a SaaS or startup environment.
- Close collaboration with the founders and external partners (tax advisors, banks, auditors) — you will directly impact the company’s growth and structure.
Requirements
- A completed degree (e.g., in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling) or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of professional experience — ideally in a SaaS or startup environment rather than in a traditional corporate setting.
- Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working independently and driving initiatives forward.
- Confident use of tools such as Stripe and Google Sheets, as well as accounting/controlling software like DATEV Unternehmen Online.
- Analytical and structured working style, high quality standards combined with pragmatism and a “doer” attitude.
- Very good German skills and good English skills complete your profile.
