About the role

Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the IT infrastructure (network, servers, cloud, security)
- Strategic reconstruction and development of a modern hybrid cloud architecture (cloud-first approach, Microsoft Azure)
- Ensuring stability, performance and scalability of all business-critical systems
- Introduction and continuous improvement of standards, monitoring, documentation and SLAs
- Leading and developing a small IT team with a clear structure and operational proximity
- Supporting a comprehensive system and process modernization (including ERP transformation to Business Central)
- Close collaboration with executive management and business units to integrate all IT-relevant areas into a holistic architecture
Requirements
- Several years of experience (approx. 7–10+ years) in IT infrastructure
- Solid knowledge of network, server, cloud and security environments
- Experience with hybrid setups or infrastructure migrations
- Leadership experience or demonstrated ownership in infrastructure or transformation projects
- Routine in operating complex IT landscapes (multi-site environments advantageous)
- Structured, pragmatic working style and the desire to make a real impact in a mid-sized company
