About the role

  • Regional Sales Director leading a team of Senior Account Executives for Workday’s oCFO products. Driving new business and complex sales cycles while mentoring and coaching the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of Senior Account Executives selling Workday’s Solutions
  • Drive new oCFO business for Workday by leveraging your unique financials and industry acumen
  • Lead a team focused on driving complex sales cycles
  • Be a go-to resource for oCFO Product Strategy
  • Act as a 'player/coach’ who balances closing deals with skill development
  • Employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday as a viable cloud partner

Requirements

  • 2+ years of field sales management experience as a SaaS company
  • ideally focused on new business acquisition
  • ~10+ years as a field sales representative
  • Experience selling cloud, SaaS, ERP, or ERP-adjacent solutions
  • Proven track record of competing against and winning over legacy ERP providers
  • Experience in cultivating relationships with the partner ecosystem
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles from start to finish
  • Experience as a leader in a team selling environment
