About the role
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Intern at Dialectica assisting in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. Collaborating with finance professionals to maintain financial health.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts.
- Participating in the budgeting process, including data collection, analysis, and consolidation.
- Conducting variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
- Assisting in the preparation of ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as needed.
- Supporting the implementation and improvement of financial planning tools and processes.
- Helping maintain and update financial databases and systems.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Fluency in English is a must!
