About the role
- Senior Functional Consultant responsible for implementation of Workday's solutions and delivering consulting services. Collaborating with clients to understand requirements and demonstrating configurations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions
- Provide consulting project activities
- Client identification through final invoicing for engagements requiring sophisticated interpersonal and technical skills
- Perform problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment
- Mentor new consultants
- Identify additional product or service opportunities in customer organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of functional experience in Financial, Revenue, Spend, Performance Management software solutions or systems
- 5+ years proven ability implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applications
- Validated Functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Asset Management, Projects, Expense Management, Financial Reporting, or Budgeting
- 5+ years of Consulting experience
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Passion for customer service
- Validated project management experience
- Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
