About the role

  • Intern supporting recruiting in the Employee Experience team at a bicycle company. Coordinating interviews and contributing to various HR projects while fostering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Teamwork on point: work closely with Talent Business Partners (TBPs)
  • Recruiting rockstar: coordinate interviews and manage candidate correspondence
  • Communication hero: act as the primary contact for candidate inquiries
  • Always on the move (projects & support): support TBPs with research tasks and participate in EX (Employee Experience) projects

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Communications)
  • Some prior experience in HR (Employee Experience, recruiting)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills – open, empathetic, and service-oriented
  • Team player with a proactive, hands-on mentality
  • Very good German and English skills
