About the role
- Intern supporting recruiting in the Employee Experience team at a bicycle company. Coordinating interviews and contributing to various HR projects while fostering a positive candidate experience.

- Always on the move (projects & support): support TBPs with research tasks and participate in EX (Employee Experience) projects
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Communications)
- Some prior experience in HR (Employee Experience, recruiting)
- Strong communication and organizational skills – open, empathetic, and service-oriented
- Team player with a proactive, hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills
