Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning for all UX design efforts within the organization
Oversee the development and execution of UX research and design initiatives

Collaborate with executive leadership to align UX strategy with business goals

Represent the organization at industry conferences and events, driving thought leadership in UX
Requirements
5 yrs min. experience with Direct reports of a team range of 10 count (FTE)
Proven ability to lead UX at the highest organizational levels
Understanding of how UX impacts overall business success
Experience driving innovative design and user experience methodologies
Proficiency in long-term strategic UX planning and execution
Ability to influence business decisions at the executive level
Skill in managing department budgets and financial planning
Recognition as a leader in the UX field with experience in public speaking and industry engagement
Strong focus on measuring and reporting the impact of UX on business outcomes
Crafting effective prompts for generative AI tools to deliver accurate and contextually relevant outputs
Creating intuitive and human-like interactions for chatbots and voice assistants
Leveraging AI to deliver tailored experiences based on user behavior and predictive analytics
Designing experiences that anticipate user needs through machine learning insights
Ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in AI-driven experiences
Communicating AI decisions clearly to build user confidence and trust
Applying AI-powered analytics to inform design decisions and optimize user journeys
