About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build, test and deploy email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns for artists
  • Collaborate with label stakeholders and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
  • Maintain high standard of quality control across all campaign assets
  • Develop and maintain campaign templates and examples
  • Contribute to fan-first marketing strategies
  • Provide reporting and insights on campaign performance
  • Assist in monitoring how fans interact with campaigns

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in CRM or campaign production (email/SMS/WhatsApp)
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/SQL
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools
  • Experience with project management software (Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Trello)
  • Detail-oriented, commitment to accuracy and quality control
  • Passion for music and the artist-fan relationship
