Responsibilities
Shape Regional Social Impact Strategy
Design and deliver a regional social impact strategy aligned to HPE’s global goals
Identify priority social and environmental challenges where HPE technology can make a difference
Manage grant partnerships and regional impact initiatives
Track, measure, and communicate regional impact and outcomes
Build Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships
Develop strong relationships with nonprofits, multilaterals, development agencies, and public institutions
Represent HPE in relevant regional forums, convenings, and external engagements
Identify emerging funding priorities, modernization efforts, and ecosystem trends
Translate ecosystem insights into strategic value for HPE’s broader impact and business goals
Strengthen Market Engagement
Partner with regional teams to provide ecosystem insight and account intelligence
Support engagement strategies for nonprofit, public sector, and international organization clients
Identify partnership‑led entry points into strategic accounts
Facilitate credibility‑building introductions and engagements
Help develop sustainable pathways for long‑term account growth in collaboration with Sales leadership
Align social impact programs with long‑term sustainability and scalable offerings
Build repeatable partnership models that can be expanded across regions
Requirements
Around 10 years’ experience in social impact, strategic partnerships, public sector engagement, or ecosystem development
Experience working across corporate and nonprofit/public sector environments
Strong understanding of the European or APJ institutional landscape
Proven ability to collaborate with sales or commercial teams
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and executive communication skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in technology, digital transformation, or infrastructure environments (preferred)
