Responsibilities
- Manages the financial performance and productivity of multiple Operating Units
- Ensures that Operating Units meet or exceed annual objectives
- Assists in the design and implementation of the Area’s operating plan
- Reviews and evaluates market area performance on a continuing basis
- Counsels managers as to execution of programs
- Assists in the development of operating unit budget
- Assists managers in budget optimization
- Oversees personnel needs of the department
- Organizes and schedules all necessary resources
- Attends regularly scheduled Profit and Loss (P&L) reviews
- Implements and maintains programs to improve safety, productivity, and profitability of the Market Area
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or High School Diploma/GED with four (4) years of relevant work experience
- 7 years of prior work experience in Operations Management including at least three years managing a team of two or more individuals
- Experience in operations, customer service, community relations, health and safety, financial, and human resources function
- Experience implementing safety (OSHA) programs and equipment specifications
- Experience preparing and managing budgets
- Experience resolving labor relations issues
