About the role

  • Sales Representative consulting and acquiring customers in automotive and commercial vehicle parts sector. Responsible for sales processes and optimizing existing workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car segment
  • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments
  • Actively sell the product range
  • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
  • Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis
  • Support sales and customer events
  • Perform needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 reporting tool)
  • Responsible for revenue and profitability
  • Participate in WM workshop trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Field sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
  • Good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Driving license class B (formerly class 3)
