About the role

  • Sales Representative for automotive parts managing regional customer accounts and acquiring new clients. Requires technical or commercial training and field sales experience in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

  • Support and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle segments
  • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments
  • Actively sell the product range
  • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
  • Monitor the market and perform competitive analyses
  • Support sales and customer events
  • Conduct needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 analysis tool)
  • Responsible for sales and profitability
  • Participate in WM workshop trade shows

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Field sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
  • Good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Driving license class B (formerly class 3)
