About the role

  • Sales Representative managing a regional customer base in automotive parts. Responsible for sales, market observation, and customer acquisition in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car segment
  • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments/visits
  • Actively promote and sell the product range
  • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
  • Conduct market monitoring and competitive analysis
  • Support sales and customer events
  • Conduct needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 evaluation tool)
  • Responsible for sales and profitability
  • Participate in WM workshop trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Field sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional manner
  • Proficiency in German, both written and spoken
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Valid driving license class B (or class 3)
