About the role

  • Serve as the ITC point of contact for assigned customers and sales teams
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure deduction submissions comply with policy
  • Manage and resolve the end-to-end coding process for deductions
  • Facilitate ITC problem resolution and ensure adherence to GAAP, SOX, audit requirements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain focus on achieving and surpassing established metrics
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify trends and resolve ITC issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (collections, deductions, or customer service)
  • Knowledge of Invoice-to-Cash processes, best practices, and tools
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
