About the role
- Relationship Analyst supporting Major Agribusiness Clients at Rabobank. Engaging in client relationships and prudential management in banking.
Responsibilities
- Support the MAC Account Manager(s) in responding quickly and efficiently to client requirements.
- Promote collaboration by engaging with MAC Account Managers and Analysts in deal planning.
- Prepare all loan applications.
- Interpret and execute branch prudential management tasks and conduct CDD risk analysis.
- Utilize workflow tools for workload oversight.
- Monitor loan arrears and accounts, liaising with MAC Manager(s).
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role or within banking, finance or agriculture.
- Experience working within a customer service environment.
- Possess a strong understanding of client structures.
- Ability to interpret and execute branch prudential management tasks and other associated operational tasks.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external clients.
