- Analista Pleno de Estratégia de Crédito - Cartões at one of the largest private banks in Brazil, working on credit card policies and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Be one of the leads responsible for designing credit card underwriting policies, from analysis and conception through implementation and performance monitoring.
- Lead studies and projects focused on evolving and transforming credit card application and approval processes in partnership with multiple areas.
- Perform statistical and investigative analyses to optimize credit card approval policies.
- Work collaboratively with Business, Risk, Growth, CRM, Modeling and Finance teams to drive improvements and enhance credit granting outcomes.
- Develop monitoring frameworks, KPI analysis and executive-level materials.
Requirements
- Previous experience with credit card underwriting or approval policies.
- Proficiency in programming languages (SQL or Python).
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics platforms.
- Desirable: understanding of credit card P&L dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics or related fields.
- Availability to work on-site 2 days per week at the Morumbi location.
