About the role

  • Paid Media Specialist managing end-to-end multi-channel paid campaigns for Wiley. Collaborating on strategies to improve performance and ROI across various advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end management of multi-channel paid campaigns
  • Build, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Manage and optimize budgets across multiple campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Monitor performance daily to identify optimization opportunities
  • Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Adobe Analytics and provide insights to inform future strategy

Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across paid search and paid social
  • Proven track record of budget management and optimization at scale
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience with GA4 or similar analytics platforms and conversion tracking setup
  • Strong analytical expertise using analytics platforms and Excel
