About the role

  • Paid Social Manager responsible for performance across paid social channels at TentBox. Leading campaign strategy and optimising a £2.5m+ budget in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid social performance across all platforms, with a core focus on Meta
  • Manage day-to-day budget allocation of £2.5m+ and optimisation across campaigns
  • Take responsibility for delivering against key KPIs including CPA and ROAS across different stages of the funnel
  • Continuously refine account structure to maximise efficiency and scale
  • Work closely with the creative team to shape and deliver a high-performing creative strategy
  • Develop and manage a structured creative testing roadmap (hooks, formats, messaging, angles)
  • Ensure we are getting the most out of platform developments such as Andromeda through creative diversity and testing volume
  • Use insights from tools like Motion to inform creative decisions and improve performance
  • Oversee campaign builds and execution (supported by Performance Executive)
  • Analyse performance across campaigns and audiences, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scale
  • Drive ongoing optimisation across targeting, bidding, creative and placements
  • Collaborate with the website and performance teams to ensure landing pages support campaign performance
  • Provide input into funnel improvements based on paid social learnings

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in paid social, ideally within eCommerce / DTC
  • Proven ability to manage and scale significant budgets (ideally £1m+)
  • Strong understanding of how creative drives performance in modern paid social
  • Experience developing and executing structured creative testing strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimisation skills
  • Comfortable owning channel performance and delivering against revenue targets
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience across multiple international markets (FR/DE/EU) is a plus
  • Experience working closely with creative or content teams
  • Exposure to additional platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit) is beneficial
