Responsibilities
Responsible for administering, optimizing and further developing customers' Windows Servers and Remote Desktop Servers.
Participate in system monitoring, incident analysis and troubleshooting, supporting 2nd-level support.
Implement security concepts and measures to secure cloud infrastructure.
Assist with the rollout and integration of new Microsoft services and features.
Handle direct customer communication from consultation through implementation.
Requirements
Completed training in an IT-related field, e.g., IT specialist for system integration, or equivalent experience.
Solid experience administering Remote Desktop Servers and basic knowledge of Windows Server environments.
Ideally, exposure to DATEV and Exchange in an administrative context.
Enjoy working in a team, but also comfortable working independently.
Strong IT affinity and a passion for new technologies.
Professional customer manner and a strong service orientation.
Very good German language skills and good English skills.
