About the role

  • IT Support Administrator responsible for managing and optimizing Windows-Server and Remote-Desktop-Server for customers. Involves system monitoring, issue analysis, troubleshooting, and client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administering, optimizing and further developing customers' Windows Servers and Remote Desktop Servers.
  • Participate in system monitoring, incident analysis and troubleshooting, supporting 2nd-level support.
  • Implement security concepts and measures to secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Assist with the rollout and integration of new Microsoft services and features.
  • Handle direct customer communication from consultation through implementation.

Requirements

  • Completed training in an IT-related field, e.g., IT specialist for system integration, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid experience administering Remote Desktop Servers and basic knowledge of Windows Server environments.
  • Ideally, exposure to DATEV and Exchange in an administrative context.
  • Enjoy working in a team, but also comfortable working independently.
  • Strong IT affinity and a passion for new technologies.
  • Professional customer manner and a strong service orientation.
  • Very good German language skills and good English skills.
