Responsibilities
Support the Head of Quality & Sustainability for German-speaking Switzerland with administrative and organizational tasks in quality management
Actively implement and further develop quality standards and sustainability objectives
Manage and process customer feedback and inquiries
Support monitoring of corrective actions
Organize and coordinate customer satisfaction surveys
Assist operations in complying with regulations and internal policies
Contribute to the development and monitoring of the quality management system (QMS)
Requirements
Commercial vocational training (KV) or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
Experience in quality management is an advantage
Excellent editing and writing skills
Confident, stylistically assured written German
Good IT skills (MS Office, etc.)
German (very good knowledge / fluent)
English (good knowledge)
French (a plus)
